However, this manageable difficulty escalated into a profound crisis following the birth of her children.

June’s Reality: “After the birth of my children, this difficulty got worse, and prescription creams from my dermatologist became my only form of survival. This resulted in an expensive lifestyle and immense frustration, as anything my dermatologist suggested for me to try in addition only made things worse, sending me straight back to him for his cream. As I got older, I honestly thought this was the life I would have to live.”

June’s dependency on prescription solutions—while effective for temporary relief—underscored the failure of the commercial skincare market to provide a sustainable, gentle alternative. This continuous reliance, coupled with the emotional and financial drain, marked the absolute low point.

III. The Foundation: From Kitchen Trial to Skin Science

With the strong encouragement of her children, June decided to enrol to study skin science and understand formulations professionally.
